Failure to pay may result in project delays or legal action.

We are not responsible for delays outside our control.
Customer Responsibilities

Safety and Site Conditions
Safety is a priority. We reserve the right to stop or delay work if conditions are unsafe.
We are not responsible for damages caused by undisclosed underground utilities or site hazards.
Limitation of Liability
R & M Land Clearing is not liable for:

- Indirect or incidental damages
Liability is limited to the value of the services provided.
